Before you decide to do cancellation, please check the cancellation policy on your hotel voucher or BookingINA.com account.

  • If mentioned that  the reservation is non-refundable, meaning your reservation were unable to cancelled.

  • If mentioned that your reservation is refundable, please follow below steps:

    1. Cancellation policy have its validity, along with its cancellation charges which will be applied if you have passed the date which mentioned as cancellation limit.

    2. If you didn’t passed the cancellation limit date, all the amount of total transactions will be refunded. However, if you have passed the cancellation limit date, the amount will be refunded is  total transactions deducted by cancellation charges.

    3. Please access your BookingINA.com account. If this is the first time you access your BookingINA.com account and dont have password yet, please enter the email you have used during the reservation process and tick forgot password box. Password will be sent through your email. If you can’t access your BookingINA.com account, please contact us at (022) 86001252 or click here (mailto: info@bookingina.com)

    4. Pick My Booking menu and click Booking Details, then you can see all the details of your booking, click CANCEL. Cancellation confirmation will be sent to the email according to your account. Refund process vary subject to the payment method, as below:

      • If payment method using Bank Transfer, Indomaret or Alfamart, so BookingINA.com team will contact you to get Bank account detail to process the refund. BookingINA.com team will process the refund within maximum 3 (three) business days after the date you cancel the reservation / after all the information needed provided.

      • If payment method using Credit Card, BookingINA.com team will process the refund within maximum 3 (three) business days after the date you cancel the reservation. Timeline of the fund to be back unto your credit card will be vary, depend on Bank issuer policy.

Please note that room is subject to change, with the variation for each period refer to hotel setting. Please ensure to complete the reservation by fill reservation details and payment as soon as you decide the hotel, room type and rate type prefered.

The default setting for BookingINA.com price display is include tax and service charges. Some hotels offer price which include breakfast or other items, please ensure to read price detail to know additional items included in the reservation.

BookingINA.com provide maximum 8 rooms for one reservation. If you want to book more than 8 rooms, please re-book.

BookingINA.com is not running a direct-sales office, transactions can be done via our website www.bookingina.com through your desktop or smartphone.

There are some reasons why voucher is not sent through your email, such as:

  • Amount of payment done is not exactly with the total payment invoiced.

  • Payment done passing through payment limit.

  • There is typo during input reservation detail (email).

  • There is a down-time in Bank system.

  • Voucher has been sent and goes to your spam/junk folder.

To get more details about why the voucher is not received yet, please follow below steps:

  1. Please access your BookingINA.com account. If this is the first time you access your BookingINA.com account and don't have a password yet, please enter the email you have used during the reservation process and tick forgot password box. Password will be sent to your email.

  2. Pick My Booking menu and click Booking Details, then you can see all the details of your booking, click RESEND VOUCHER. Voucher will be sent to the email according to your account.

  3. If you can’t access your BookingINA.com account, please contact us at (022) 86001252 or click here (mailto: info@bookingina.com).

  4. If your reservation is not available in your BookingINA.com account, please contact us at (022) 86001252 or click here (mailto: info@bookingina.com).
